Technical support
1. AN UNEXPLAINED ERROR
Check that the fields are filled in correctly. All “GUESTS” fields must be completed. Check the box marked “Confirm agreement with the contract”.2. How the PRICE is calculated
Prices are calculated from three factors: the room price plus the tour price multiplied by the number of beds in the room. The system always uses the maximum number of beds. The tour cannot be removed when booking accommodation. Example: 1,900 for the room + (1,000 per ticket × 3 beds) = 5,500 roubles.3. ADVANCE PAYMENT DOES NOT WORK
Under the guest room booking rules, advance payment is available more than 30 days before check-in. Check that you entered the correct date.4. PAYMENT IS NOT DEBITED OR THERE IS A CARD PROBLEM
Contact your bank to resolve the issue. The booking system does not hold funds or bank card details.5. THE ROOMS I TRIED TO BOOK ARE UNAVAILABLE
Under the online guest room booking rules, after clicking “Payment” or “Advance payment”, the system gives you 20 minutes to pay for the booking. If payment is not received within 20 minutes, the booking is released. If your first attempt to book a room failed for any reason, wait 20 minutes and it will become available.6. I ACCIDENTALLY SELECTED A ROOM FOR THE WRONG DATE
Contact technical support to check whether a change is possible.
